Becky Riley Olin, LCPC, MT-BC
Becky Riley Olin is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC), Certified EMDR Therapist, and IFS Therapist. She also is an Approved Supervisor for LGPC clinicians and an EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training. Becky is dedicated to helping people navigate life transitions, heal unresolved trauma, cope with grief and loss, manage anxiety and depression, parent in a conscious and connected manner, and discover their inner wisdom and capacity for self-healing. Becky uses strength-based, trauma-informed, and IFS-informed approaches in her work. She fosters a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space for her clients to help them make sense of what they are experiencing, develop insight into their life challenges, access their own strengths and resources, and make changes to lead more fulfilling lives.
Becky currently offers short-term and ongoing therapy for adults of all ages. She also offers individual and group consultation and supervision. Becky has extensive background and training in complex trauma, PTSD, PMAD's (Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders), neurodiversity, mindfulness, grief and loss, body-centered modalities, parts work, and expressive art techniques. She has strong interests in working with parents, providing pregnant people with perinatal and postpartum support, supporting perinatal loss and grief, understanding and supporting the lived experiences of infertility, and supporting women around systemic, intersectional women’s issues.
