Aligning the Mind-Body Connection
Nina Davey is offering a Workout Style Practice, accessible for all fitness level experience (beginning to intermediate). This group will meet twice a month at 10:00am for a 40-minute workout followed by 20 minutes of active breath work and meditation. The workout will be bodyweight only, no equipment necessary. We will be mindful of our body throughout the movements as we work to release tension and regulate the nervous system.
