Join us for a fun class where we can connect and learn together!
This parent and child meditation class is for any caregiver and their child. The class will engage parents and kids in mindfulness meditation practices through movement, art, and breathing exercises. Mindfulness is a wonderful way to teach kids about emotions and ways to regulate them. It also provides focused and specialized time for parents to connect and attune to kids, which is a great way to support relationships.
