Systemic Constellation is a therapeutic technique recognizing that each of us is a system, your own mind/body system. That individual system is living and operating within other systems such as the family system, the generational ancestral system, the collective cultural system. This time we are living in seems to be crying out for us to understand our systems and seek healing in the systems to enhance the well-being of all.

We seek belonging and connection to allow us to experience love and security. Systems may however be out of order and then we do not experience love and security. When we do a systemic constellation, access to unseen, entangled, and longstanding issues can be brought to light for healing. This is a very gentle, relational, and efficient way to work on underlying systemic issues.

Constellations are done in a group which offers the support of safe containment, empathic presence, and resources from the group community.

Gayle Bohlman will be convening a Circle for clients wishing to work with this format. Harrison Snow, a systemic constellation facilitator, will co-lead the group work. There will be an introduction and teaching about how Constellations are done as attendees will be new to this method.

It is Gayle’s intention to make this method available in 4 week increments on an ongoing basis with new membership sign-up each time.

Members will have an opportunity to work on issues they select, and to participate in Constellation exercises with other members.
