Music as a Path to Self-Discovery

Come experience how music imagery can support you on a journey of self-discovery. Focused Music Imagery uses the creative arts to unlock your imagination and inner wisdom, bringing your innermost thoughts and feelings to consciousness to support personal growth and transformation.

Over the course of this 4-week series, participants will experience different kinds of music and ways of working with imagery, while connecting with others.

Led By Meagan Hughes, LMT, MT-BC

Meagan is a Licensed Professional Music Therapist with over 15 years of experience in academic, clinical, and community settings in the U.S. and Europe.

Meagan completed her certificate in Focused Music Imagery from the Therapeutic Arts Institute, a recognized training institute by the Association for Music & Imagery.
